The Estate, Privately Yours
Built in 1892, Villino Rubini is an Art Nouveau villa on a private estate of roughly 4 acres, in the hilltop village of Brunate above Lake Como. Hand-painted ceilings, terraced gardens, layers of green and stone. When the entire estate becomes yours, so does everything on it: the heated* saltwater pool, the private gazebo and the gardens. *Pool access is included. Heating is available on request at an additional charge.

Breakfast Each Morning
A generous Italian spread, served daily. Warm pastries, seasonal fruit, good coffee, local cheeses, cured meats, fresh juices. On the terrace, in the Dependance, or wherever your group prefers.
Lunch, dinner, and private chef services are available at extra cost.
The Estate
10 rooms across 3 buildings, sleeping up to 19 guests. Roughly 4 acres of parkland, all yours. Bed configurations vary by room; ask when you enquire.
Villino Rubini, above Lake Como, is taken by one group at a time. On exclusive hire the group has the whole estate to itself: the 10 rooms, the yoga room and the Wellness and Fitness Area, with nobody else on the property. A massage, a yoga or pilates session or a trainer can be added on request and is quoted in the proposal; otherwise the yoga room is for the group's own practice, led by the teacher or facilitator the group brings. Retreat groups and company offsites have their own pages.
